The ambience and the room is amazing. The staff is extremely polite and very helpful. Especially the manager, rahul, took very good care of all our needs during our stay. The food is also very good with a lot of choices.
The Jacuzzi didn't have water on our first day but it wasn't the fault of the hotel and they apologized about it as well. It did work the next day so we were satisfied.
