Fantastic apartment in a great location. Very well equipped and the host was very helpful and responsive. Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything you need. Really super fantastic holiday, we loved it No complaints at all.
The stairs! We came for Ironman and had to carry a lot of luggage and a large bike box up the stairs and then down at the end. That being said this is not a negative as the location and apartment were so great it’s just worth knowing, especially if coming with young children, pushchairs or elderly relatives. Also due to the location our driver had to drop us off a long way and we had to walk through the cobbled streets with a lot of luggage. Once we sussed out the location we were able to find a much closer pick up point on our return to the airport. I think you would find this is the case in any apartment in old town Nice for both the stairs and the roads. One thing that could be worth having is a clothes airer. We were at the beach but had no way to dry off towels or swim suits.

Täydellinen sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa. Siisti asunto, kuvia vastaava. Helppo pitää yhteyttä vuokra isäntään, vastasi ystävällisesti ja nopeasti.
Liikuntarajoitteiselle haastavat rappuset toiseen kerrokseen. Keskellä helteitä ilmastointi laite hajosi, mutta vuokra isäntä antoi asianmukaisen hyvityksen tästä haitasta.

Fantastic location
The only issue was the main air conditioning units weren’t working and the temporary unit did work, but window needed to be open for that and it was very noisy. Once air con is fixed it would be very good. Owner was excellent responding to messages. Unit very clean.
