Perfect property! The hosts were absolutely amazing, fantastic communication throughout. The property was spotless, AC was amazing, views were beyond belief, and close to the town for dinners, lunches and the beach.

Beautiful villa in a lovely location, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The host was very kind and welcoming. She contacted us the evening before arrival to let us know we could check in earlier, welcomed us personally and prepared the fridge with water, wine, fruit and other goodies. The next day, she checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. A really thoughtful touch that made us feel very welcome.
The road through Agios Nikitas to the villa is quite rough in places and can be challenging by car.

The vila was beyond our expectations! The view is breathtaking, the house is beautiful, and the jacuzzi is all you need after a long day!! The place was super clean and had everything we needed and more. Most of all the owners were extremely kind and thoughtful, filled the fridge with food and helped us with everything we needed.
If you’re coming when it’s cold out note that the living room is not too large. But during the summer this doesn’t really matter as there are so many perfect seating areas outside!!
