Generally good

The apartment was lovely, very modern and mainly spotless and comfortable

The toilet seat was hanging off and hadn’t been cleaned, neither had the shower door. There was no hot water so we gad to figure that out. The flooring in the bathroom hadn’t been put down and the windows don’t open! The communication from the host was last minute and we had to chase them up for an hour to get codes!

SCAM - DO NOT BOOK

Nothing - I was unable to visit the property

Most likely a scam - Host does not tell you how to get into the property, stating you must call them on the instructions. I did so, 3 times, and left a message. They never got back to me. I requested to cancel the booking via booking.com (they say no refunds within 24h), and they have said "you knew the refund policy when you booked it". I am now in dispute trying to get my money back, but currently to no avail. DO NOT STAY HERE, you will lose your money for nothing.

The stay was fantastic, we really enjoyed our night in Leeds.

The property was great, very clean and lovely facilities. Also a great location, very central and easy to get around.
