Our overall stay was great! Its only 5 min from tivoli and mainstation if you travel by car :) nevertheless the location is great! Lots of food options and shops. You can easily get around with public transport. The apartment looks cozy and nice and its good for 4 with minor things to improve. The description to find the apartment and keys was very good, so we didnt have any problems with that.
Some of the facilities need a little improvment. The kitchen faucet was pretty much falling off. The bathroom is small with a rather uncomfortable shower. No lid on the toilet and very tired looking toiletbrush and hand wiper, which, i guess was for a floor but very uncomfortable to use. The sofa in the “livingroom” is maybe a little too hard to sleep in, but theres also no table or a mirror, so with 4 adults, its maybe a little uncomfortable.

Clear check in instructions, comfortable beds, prepared ice cubes in the freezer:-)
Location is very convenient - all you need to start get acquainted with Copenhagen.
Nice restaurants and bars just downstairs:-)
As apartment is in the inner yard, noise of morning life (cleaning, goods delivery to restaurants, renovations ) starts quiet early.

Easy to collect the keys on arrival. Host very responsive. Location very good.
Rather dated. Very dark. Not as clean in the kitchen nor bathroom as I would expect. Lots of building work going on with scaffolding around the building. Very noisy courtyard 'gathering' on the first night.
