Man muss sich also etwas absprechen.
Das Appartement liegt im 2. Stock.

Often property pictures look really amazing and then you walk in and find yourself slightly disappointed. In this apartment, it’s the other way around! WOW !! The apartment is even more beautiful in real life. The furniture is so comfortable and luxurious, you can tell that it has been decorated with impeccable taste. All details are 10/10. Nespresso, toothpaste … cotton buds luxury shampoo products. The location is superbe and you feel safe here. 100 % highly recommend !
Everything was beyond perfect.

The apartament is incredibly beautiful. The renovated tenement perfectly captures the old town vibe of Nicosia. I especially enjoyed the half-rounded bedroom with a balcony. The interior is decorated with taste and very cosy. The car park is located very near and costs only 5€ per day. The neighborhood is calm and safe, just a short walk to Ledra street via Arsinois.
Had a little challange with the cooker, but figured it out :)
