I liked the location, the building, and the apartment - perfect size for one person. The ability to use the gym was great as there was not room in the apartment for that. Sweet little balcony for a nice afternoon. Contrary to another review - there is a small electric heater to take the chill off if you need it. Amenties are great - the small kitchen did the trick for me. Loved the hot water. Also used the jacuzzi on the top floor one evening and it was pleasant.
The washing machine/dryer in the apartment was a great bonus but it was very temperamental - not sure why - I lucked out and was able to do a load and when I tried to do another I was unable - I am sure the host wants this to be different - it may simply be a challenge with the machine.

ich habe einen kleinen Heizkörper gefunden, damit konnte ich die Dusche und das Bad vor wärmen. In Quito ist es nachts kalt. Ich bin es nicht gewohnt, als Küstenbewohner kalt zu duschen.
die Haustür lässt sich nur mit einem lauten Knall schließen

Property was perfect for two people for a few days stay. Laundry in the unit was very convenient. Location was great, next to metro, safe neighborhood, mall and restaurants close by.
