This homestay is great value for Money. We got a huge bed in the room and it was very comfy to sleep on.
There is a ceiling fan that does a great job at keeping you cool and keeping the mosquitoes off you.
The rooms are located at the back of the property which is really nice since you don't hear much of the street noise. The owner of the homestay is a lovely lady and she also has a shop at the front where you can buy things.
I loved the garden, its very pretty. You can sit on the chairs outside and there's also a large table so you can eat out there too with a nice garden view.
The bedrooms are great but because the beds are huge there is not much floor space to put your luggage but we made do.

We slept wonderfully in a king-size bed, with a super friendly host and a perfect location. We had first stayed at a dive resort but left after one night. The price here is definitely worth the room, and we were happy we could stay for 2 nights.
Breakfast is listed as “included,” but in reality, it’s just coffee and bread. It might be helpful to mention that breakfast isn’t actually included, but can be ordered for an extra charge. For us this was no problem, but it could help future guests at the homestay.
The breakfast itself was very tasty, and if you want your laundry done, that’s also possible—our very large bag was washed for only 250 pesos. Breakfast was also not expensive: 220 pesos for two people for two days.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hostel was disappointing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and they even provided a really nice breakfast, but the facilities were far below expectations.
Despite the listing stating that the room had a private bathroom, the restroom was a walk away, the toilet didn’t flush, the water was cold, and the cleanliness was terrible—lots of mold and dirt. The location was also inconvenient, far from everything. The room had no air conditioning and only open window openings with no actual windows to close, making it very uncomfortable.
