The property was very spacious and well-equipped. The furnishings were modern & very comfortable. The communication was straightforward with the property management & they also responded to queries incredibly quickly.
A welcome information pack would be useful, with a location map etc. We also had to contact the management over a couple of supposedly simple things.
Bedroom mirrors/bedside lamps would be useful, as would a draining board & tea towel.

The apartment is located in a modern residential complex, right next to a food hall and café area. This is both an advantage and, to some extent, a disadvantage because of the noise, but if you are looking for a place where there is plenty of life and activity right outside your door, this place will be a great fit.
The apartment is stylish, bright, and nice furnished. Overall, we really liked the place, although there were a few minor issues. :))
The check-in instructions were clear, but instead of a traditional key box, there was a modern keypad lock. We found the apartment unlocked. Unfortunately, the keypad code did not work, so we could not lock the door and leave the apartment with our belongings inside to go out and explore the city. We managed to reach the host by phone, and he brought us a regular key.
We also found that the living room floor had not been properly cleaned — there was visible dust and hair on it. We pointed this out to the host immediately, and as compensation, we were offered free parking.
In all my years of using Booking.com, I have never had to call a host, but this time we had to do it twice. The next morning, I got stuck in the bathroom because the lock stopped working, and once again we had to wait for the host, who came to rescue me about an hour later.
A happy ending, but these two incidents did affect and slightly shortened the time we had available to enjoy Gdańsk Old Town.
