Я задоволений. Помешкання повністю відповідає опису і відгукам. Дійсно зручний матрас, можливо кращий серед помешкань де я відпочивав. Є сушарка для рушника, вона дуже доречна. Я іноді снідав і обідав на балконі. Це східна сторона тому там сонце більшість дня. Вся техніка працює, вода гаряча без проблем. Помешкання повністю функціональне. Інтернет в нормі, я міг працювати і бути на відео дзвінках. Розташування гарне, кілька хвилин до узбережжя. Магазини і кафе в наявності. Є місця для паркування (воно безкоштовне на вулиці). Валерій дуже гостинний і уважний господар. Відповідав на запитання де що краще шукати чи зробити.

Doskonale położenie, wszystko co potrzebne jest w mieszkaniu. Blisko do plaży i życia nocnego jednak bez przeszkadzających dźwięków z ulicy. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Możliwość skorzystania z podziemnego parkingu.

The apartment was super clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. 🛋️✨ It’s only a 2–3 minute walk to the beach 🏖️ and has an amazing view of both the sea and the mountains from the balcony 🌊⛰️ — perfect for relaxing with a coffee ☕ or watching the sunset 🌅. The area is quiet and safe, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby 🍽️🛒. There’s also a small grocery store just down the street, which was really convenient. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with 💬👍. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Durrës!
