The apartment is thoughtfully equipped (A/C, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, full kitchen setup), very clean, and newly renovated. The neighborhood is quiet and offers private parking—a rarity in this part of the city. It is located just a few minutes from a viewpoint overlooking the Split Riva, which is also easily accessible via a short walk. The host is very friendly and provides all the necessary information for visiting Split and its attractions. If you want to be close to the city center while having the option to park your car right in front of the apartment, this is an excellent choice.

Location was great near park ( where we went for run in the morning) as well as old town. Pparking was bonus if you coming by car. We found the place easily but it helped that host waited in front of the parking place.
Josip explained about history of town, recommended restaurant, viewpoint, beaches, parking.
The place is immaculate and so comfortable, the gardens make it so relaxing, we loved our breakfast at the table in the shade, also eating the grapes hanging over our heads!
All details in apartment has been thought of, furnishing is good quality, tea/coffee/soft drinks provided plus other condiments. Fully equipped kitchen too as well as washing machine with dryer but we dried clothes outside.
We only stayed one night but I would return for longer, Split is exceptional and this accomodation is so relaxing ( we stayed as family of 4 with two teenagers and normally don't share room but it was comfortable here in one room)
