There was no Breakfast. The location and the apartment was good but they need a lot of improvement in terms of services.
The services and amenities were not even basic.

Interiors were modern, well equipped. Location was decent and subjective. Convenient for Powai business areas but not so much for Vikhroli west area. The surrounding spaces are homely
Car parking is extremely inconvenient since you have to park it on the narrow street outside the premises, and near an open sewage line which stinks. The society watchmen are sometimes not too welcoming with the OSI guests. They do not allow bringing the car inside the society gate even to load up heavy luggage.

The stay was okay overall, with two rooms and a kitchen. However, the kitchen had limited utensils, and the wooden spatula had visible fungal growth, which was unhygienic and should not have been provided for use. Cleanliness and kitchen utensil maintenance need improvement before handovering to customer
The bedsheet was dirty and had a lot of hair on it, so we did not use it. Even the bedsheet that was folded and kept inside the bed was visibly dirty. This was quite disappointing and indicates that the linen was not properly cleaned or changed before our stay.
