sicuramente la posizione (5 minuti a piedi da 3 fermate della metropolitana) e la dotazione dell'appartamento (cucina completa e funzionale).
Nel complesso un appartamento grande e comodo, sicuramente da consigliare per un soggiorno (noi eravamo 4 persone e siamo stati bene).
il rumore esterno (al piano terra c'è un supermercato dove iniziano molto presto con le consegne e attività), ma non è imputabile naturalmente all'host.
Avrei preferito una maggiore pulizia degli ambienti in generale.

We loved the location of the property.
The property could use an update and deep clean. There were several pieces of furniture that felt like they were going to fall apart. The drain in the shower was clogged and made it difficult to shower.
