Super hoge mate van service, kwaliteit en faciliteiten. Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij konden via onze eigen telefoon niet bestellen op Meituan (Food App), een dame van de receptie heeft ons via haar telefoon laten bestellen om
haar vervolgens het verschuldigde bedrag naar haar over te maken. Daarnaast waren de kamers en ruimtes spiksplinter nieuw, schoon en goed onderhouden tijdens room service.
Het enige minpunt is dat deze locatie ver van de belangrijkste plekken in de stad zitten: Airport, Futian, Nanshan en overige belangrijke locaties in Shenzhen.

I left my wallet on the taxi when I arrive the hotel and I could not find it via the Amap app as I did not have a Chinese phone number. The staff there Peter helped me consistently in phoning the car agency and even phone the police. I was able to retrieve my phone finally by his help as the driver handed him my phone in the end during mid night. Super grateful and thankful to him.
The property is not near to the city which gave me a relaxing vibe as it is near to a lake and there’s a good view of the mountain area.
