Só para dormir atende, mas tivemos vários pontos negativos na experiência.

Apartamento organizado, prático e bem montado para estadias curtas. Tem dois quartos, televisão, ar condicionado em todos os ambientes.

O maior problema foi o forte cheiro vindo da fábrica ao lado. Não conseguimos deixar janelas abertas, e durante o dia era necessário manter tudo fechado e usar ar-condicionado. Não era vapor, é dia e noite essa fumaça fedida, tem horas da tarde/noite, que a fumaça bate bem certo no apartamento... As fotos mostram piscina e área com churrasqueira, porém só descobrimos depois de perguntar que existem limitações importantes para hóspedes. Isso deveria estar muito mais claro no anúncio para evitar expectativas erradas. Escolhemos a hospedagem justamente considerando essas áreas e só fui informada que não poderia usá-las na primeira noite quando questionei o proprietário, como consta nas mensagens das fotos. A máquina de lavar aparentemente estava desalinhada. Tentamos utilizá-la, mas ela batia muito nas laterais e desligava sozinha, então não conseguimos usar. Fiquei decepcionada também com a forma como a crítica foi respondida. Relatei situações que realmente aconteceram durante a estadia, mas a resposta deu a entender algo diferente do ocorrido. Portanto, anexei as mensagens do proprietário para minhas perguntas, afinal eu já estava hospedada quando questionei sobre o uso dos locais comuns... Para quem precisa apenas de um lugar para dormir e resolver compromissos rápidos, pode servir, mas se atente que na piscina não pode ir sozinho, e a máximo é de dois adultos, tem placa informando no acesso da piscina... Mas para quem procura aproveitar a estrutura anunciada ou passar mais tempo no local, vale considerar esses pontos antes da reserva.

Fiquei impressionada com o cuidado dos anfitriões. O apartamento é lindo e estava muito limpo. A cozinha é completa, o que ajuda muito quem prefere preparar algo no local. Além disso, a localização em Jaraguá do Sul é privilegiada, perto de tudo e em uma área muito segura. Recomendo de olhos fechados!
