I liked everything, the staff was amazing and so helpful and cheery and the breakfast buffet was really good, everyday was something different. Our room was really good and the beds were super comfy. I would definitely recommend this place
The only downside is that its abit further away from some of the other attractions but it was still a good place. We took Grab to go places and there's a BTS about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

For everything I will give an excellent service. We got to keep our luggage one day early in the hotel until we checked in and the front desk staff were very friendly there . And the room was very nice and clean the room amenities were there as mentioned. Pool was very clean. It there was free shuttle service from hotel to the nearest BTS station Saphan Khwai and Chatuchak weekend Market. Will definitely stay there next visit.

It's close to the train station and cheap. The lobby and restaurant are very nice and clean and updated.
I arrived at 1:40pm, filled out all the paperwork to check in, then was told to come back at 2 to complete check in and get the key. It was almost 2 and the staff did not call anyone to check to see if a room is available. 2 pm check in is the rule and there is no getting around that. So I went to the bathroom and towled all of the sweat off of me. They didn't suggest using some of the facilites, while I waited. In the end, I walked a half hour to the train station to get some information. The hotel is by a busy road and my room was on the street side of the building. All night long, the sound of the traffic came through the walls and the windows. I used my white noise app. I even used earpluds. And still, the road noise kept me awake. The furniture in the needs updating. It's old and rundown and cheaply made. The lobby and restairant are clean, but the room had stuff on the floor and hairs here and there.
