Overall, I liked the facilities of the accommodation. The layout of the house is good. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. Well-equipped kitchen. Clean bed linen and towels. You can communicate with the owner continuously and he comes after a few days and changes clean bed linen and towels. Iron and ironing board. The terrace is good, outdoor fan. The environment is very calm and quiet. A small shop and restaurant are a three-minute walk away! The beach is an eight-minute walk away! The city is 5 minutes by car, the city center of Asprovalta and its beach are great! I recommend the accommodation to those who want to relax and unwind in peace, but if you want hustle and bustle, you can do that quickly by car... 😁 Thank you very much for staying here.
Minimal. It would be nice to have a little more closets or storage space for clothes in the rooms. Apart from the living room, there is only one bedroom with air conditioning. The second bedroom has a wall fan that makes a rattling noise when it is working. If you are a heavy sleeper, it may be disturbing to fall asleep like this. But! If you only use the air conditioner in the living room and leave the doors open, it cools the whole house to a pleasant temperature!
