Die Lage war für uns sehr gut, da wir die Fahrräder dabei hatten. Besonders genial war der große Hof auf dem man das Auto und auch die Fahrräder abstellen konnte.
Spülmaschine war kaputt und Abfluss in der Dusche war fast komplett blockiert, sodass es mit langen Haaren etwas stressig mit dem Duschen war, da nach 2 Minuten quasi schon das Wasser in der Dusche stand und heraus lief.

Great location -away from the chaos. Very clean and nice furniture.
Definitely needs new pillows. The shower drain not working and pouring water clear across the hallway down the kitchen into the bedroom. People partying until 1 AM.
If anyone rents this unit after August 18, and you have this issue with the shower, we made sure the owner was aware, and he still continuing to rent it out with this problem.

Tout était parfait: le linge de maison de qualité et en quantité pour la semaine, ainsi que le calme du lieu, certes un peu éloigné du centre ville, mais nous le savions.
Dans la salle de bains, il serait judicieux de placer un plafonnier au lieu de la lampe actuelle. En effet, dès que l'on est au lavabo, on lui tourne le dos, et l'on distingue mal ce que l'on fait. Un simple détecteur de présence serait suffisant afin de créer une luminosité plus intense.

Free parking and green area around the building
The apartment was very dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.
When we arrived , there was a terrible smell throughout the apartment. We discovered that the dishwasher appeared to be broken, with dirty standing water and food remains inside. It was extremely unpleasant.
The refrigerator was also dirty, with food residue in the freezer and water inside. The shower cabin had visible dirt, stains and marks all over the glass. The taps were covered with water stains, and even the bed linen looked grey and worn rather than fresh and clean.
Overall, it felt as though very little effort had been made to prepare or properly clean the apartment before our stay. We actually had to buy cleaning products ourselves and clean the shower and kitchen surfaces because we felt uncomfortable using them in that condition.
To make matters worse, the next day we found a cockroach in the kitchen.
Unfortunately, the poor level of cleanliness made our stay very uncomfortable and disappointing.
