The location is good, staffs ate friendly and flexible
The windowless double rooms, and no gathering area for friends or group to gather and chat.

The hotel location is strategic and secure with the police headquarters just ahead. Everything is within reach with ample shops/restaurants all around. Parking spaces are available. The room is cozy, minimal but functional. Water pressure is good too. The staffs are helpful and polite. The hotel gives out vouchers too.
Because of the location, during festive seasons it can be noisy even after 12AM. But the helpful staffs are very attentive and police patrol will assist accordingly to diffuse the noise below.

Location was extremely strategic. So convenient as there's nearby restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, spa, pharmacy and even a mall. And there's a huge Starbucks just across and they do have drive thru too if I'm not mistaken.
No lift facility and the steps are quite steep. The platforms all over the place (every steps up and down, in the room to the bed, toilets and some room even to enter it). Imagine if that was my first visit and if so happen I check in at night. I open the door and straightaway there's a platform going down to the room.
