Beautiful little gem, central to Filey while still private. Excellent parking, friendly host and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Curtains needed in the bedroom due to external lighting.

It is a really nice clean and new looking house, l liked the unusual layout of living room upstairs and bedroom downstairs, the kitchen was well equipped, also plenty of hot water. The private parking was a bonus too. It was situated close to shops restaurants and seafront. Only thing missing in our opinion was a small table and chairs, because we found it difficult eating on our laps. Having said that I would highly recommend it.
If I had to say anything, there’s no views from windows, but this didn’t detract from the overall stay.
