We stayed 5 nights with 8 people. The apartment was big and airy. There was no air conditioning, but the ocean breeze passing through the place (and some auxiliary fans) made it comfortable. We appreciated the nice furnishings, lots of sofas, seats, and tables. Everyone had a place to lounge and we could all eat at the dinner table together. The kitchen had everything we needed. The showers were hot and LOTS of water; they were delicious! The building staff were always helpful. The provided chairs and umbrellas on the beach were a nice extra. We were right across the street from the beach (literally only 2 minutes door to beach). The ocean view made coffee sitting on the balcony in the morning truly a pleasure. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe, good police presence, and stores and bakeries nearby made food shopping easy. The smart TV and internet worked well. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
There were only minor problems. No parking was annoying but we were able to find street parking a few blocks away. Parking lots were ridiculously expensive. The fan above the dining table started squeaking after a few minutes so intolerably loud that we ended up turning it off. One of the small fans didn't work at all and another small fan wouldn't work on high. There is a chair in the kitchen that is falling apart and a danger to sit on. We put it in a corner and warned everyone not to sit on it. The door jam in the bathroom is half destroyed and caulking falls on the floor every time you lock the door. The listing should explicitly state that linens, towels, soap, and shampoo are not provided (many foreign travelers assume they are provided). We would suggest a house guide that explains where to put trash and recyclables as well as explaining the building rules about when you can or cannot use the social entrance and the social elevator and must use the service entrance and service elevator.

Estar nesse apartamento superou todas as nossas expectativas.
Ele é muito bom, enorme, arejado, camas e colchões ótimos, os chuveiros é quase o mesmo que uma massagem depois de um dia de praia.
Adoramos!!! Eu super indico...
Pretendo voltar em breve🙏
O condomínio conta com poucas vagas de garagem...
Mas ainda assim é possível conseguir a parte...

Simplesmente maravilhoso! O apartamento é exatamente como descrito – de frente para o mar, super arejado e com uma vista incrível. Além disso, a localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a tudo que é necessário para uma estadia perfeita. A experiência foi ainda melhor graças ao proprietário, que foi extremamente atencioso e prestativo. Recomendo a todos que procuram um lugar especial para relaxar e aproveitar a praia!
