It was perfect

Do not stay! Construction, loud, no rest, dirty, rude.

There was a smart TV, that could not be enjoyed due to the construction.

The entire apartment was incredibly noisy. There is ongoing construction that does not seem like it will be finished anytime in the next year. The owners knew about but did not share. The construction is on the other side of the walls and directly above the apartment. It looks like the construction had been ongoing for quite some time but the owner refused to acknowledge this. Since the apartment was literally shaking from 6am until 6pm from the drills and hammers and noise, it was impossible to stay comfortably at the apartment. Unfortunately, the owners refused to provide compensation even though they acknowledge they know about the construction. Additionally, going up the staircase there was lots of broken walls and dirtiness. Then in the apartment we noticed footprints on the wall that haven’t been cleaned. The apartment floors were extremely creaky and loud. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything in the apartment next door. Would not book again and would not recommend, and definitely not at the price which is advertised.

Przyjemny apartament w dobrej lokalizacji (5 min. do stacji metra, 10 min. do Centrum Nauki Kopernik). Czysto, funkcjonalnie. Odpowiednio wyposażona kuchnia. Wygodne łóżko.

Apartament jest na ostatnim piętrze kamienicy, wejście po schodach z walizką jest trochę kłopotliwe. W kamienicy inne mieszkania są w remoncie, co zwłaszcza rano jest trochę uciążliwe.
