Appartamento ben curato e con ottimo stile. Molto pulito. Staff e proprietario disponibilissimi e gentili. Comunicazione super efficiente. Trovato anche caffè ed acqua a disposizione
Qualche piccolo problema con AC rumorosa, doccia ed acqua calda, ma il proprietario è stato subito molto disponibile nel risolvere il problema.

The location of the apartment is good, being only a 15 minute walk to the Duomo but quite a quiet area. There is a tram stop just at the end of the street which was very useful. The apartment was very clean and relatively comfortable.
Considering that this is described as a 'luxury apartment' I was very disappointed that there was no wifi. I would consider, these days, for that to be a basic requirement. Also the bed was very hard, fine if that is what you like but I found it extremely uncomfortable and therefore slept very badly. For a 'luxury apartment' I would also add a few little extras in the bathroom (cotton wool, shower cap etc) and maybe more water, some milk. Having some decaffeinated coffee capsules would also be useful.

Very comfortable stylish apartment situated in a quiet road with an easy walk to the city centre. Mario the owner was very helpful and Saron was delightful.
There was no WiFi in the apartment which we didn't find out about until just before we arrived.

Accueil parfait! Merci à Fabrizio et Mario pour la flexibilité, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme. L’appartement était propre, confortable, très bien équipé et surtout idéalement situé à proximité du centre et des transports en commun.
