We were upgraded to suit the host and we were very happy with the accommodation provided. Very clean and comfortable and convenient travel to Woodstock, Bicester & Oxford roads.
Extremely low lounge furniture. No instructions for FireTv.

The property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Location & Wifi
Additional fold out bed was not set up.
We had to locate the bedding, set up the bed and make the bed ourselves. Specifically requested the additional bed beforehand. With 2 adults and 2 children between 2 beds it was clear the additional fold out bed was required. Plus I requested it via a message.
Had to chase for the keybox info as not received.
No curtain on back door. Bathroom lock not working. Had to remove hair from pillows and sheets. Should have been checked beforehand.
Sheets need renewing as stained.
Bad smell in kitchen.
Had to pre wash plates and cutlery.
Very dated.
Dangerous path to front door with many trip hazards.
Paper thin walls. Can hear next door very clearly. Thankfully we were out a lot.
Water was incredibly hot. Toilet was very slow to fill.
Would not book again. Urgently requires updating.
