Simple easy to understand check in instructions sent by email plenty early so we could navigate and get right in when we arrived. The place is exactly as pictured and the host has thought of everything you might need including sunscreen for the pool! Speaking of the pool, it is wonderful, there are floaties, noodles and other pool toys provided and we had a blast. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance and it is a short drive to the casino or anywhere in town, really. Todd checked in regularly to see how the stay was going. Check out was also simple with basic instructions: strip beds; leave used towels on bathroom floor; empty the fridge; take out the trash and you are all set! Two things of note: there is a house and a guest house on the property which are separate rentals. The pool is shared by both so if you want total privacy, you will want to book both units if possible. Otherwise there is a calendar where you can book 2 hours of private pool time during your stay. Secondly, while there are beds to sleep 6, there is not dining seating for 6 so if it is important to you to sit and eat or play games as a whole group this might not be the right fit. Or do what we will do next time and just bring a folding table. :) We will 100% stay at this location again.

Beautiful older home that has been updated, cute layout and room for a small or large family.
The open floor plan with the kitchen and living space, all bedrooms were super cute and lots of sitting areas.

Location. Privacy.
Toilet paper roll fixture in main bathroom was broken with half of fixture left in disrepair. Rear patio window was cracked.
