Location, location, location!
The water was coming out of the shower from time
to time. not sure why maybe some deep clean or fix of the drain is needed.

The location was great and the apartment was large and perfect for a family. It included laundry which was fantastic. Comfortable beds. Fans were available to use.
On the listing check in was suppose to be with "hotel reception" but when we arrived there was not any reception and it took a few minutes to hear back from listing on how to enter the front door and to locate the apartment.

Liked the location, had everything we needed. Especially loved having a washing machine for a mid-trip wash of everything! Fridge was handy. Plenty of space to store everything.
Wasn't sent the instructions to check in ahead of time. Ended up standing outside for 30minutes after sending messages through booking.com with no response. Ended up having to call the owner to get the instructions to get in.
Quite warm in the apartment.

Very central location. Spacious. Had basic necessities, fans.
Uncomfortable sofa bed, weird layout with toilet and shower in separate rooms, bad pillows for the sofa bed, filthy floor, noisy upstairs neighbor
