We appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the property, but were concerned about the clear evidence of poor ove

Clean. Spacious. Basic necessities. . Good sized fridge/freezer. Full-sized Washer/Dryer. Full-sized Bath with multi-headed shower over. Full size wardrobes and chests of drawers.

Confusion over precise location of house and door with Keysafe. No prior notice that only bathroom/WC is downstairs. No handrail on staircase. Un-kept garden. (Brambles prevented front gate closing. Multiple large weeds in rear yard. Loose manhole cover in middle of yard. Shed door broken). Un-emptied and overflowing refuse and recycling wheelie bins. Many items of post scattered around yard and shed (including notice of no TV licence in August 2026). Loose toilet seat.

Never again. Feel ripped off and humiliated.

Clean inside.

My main concern was being approached by the next door neighbor about the state on the gardens. It was disgraceful to be honest with weeds and thorns growing above my head and that’s no kidding. Oven grill not working. Extractor hood not working. Plates chipped or broken. Ants noted on kitchen worktop and on floor of kitchen. I paid £69 extra for accidental damage which to be fair was a joke considering the price and what possibly we could have damaged for £69 !
