Absolute superb location.The property exceeded our expectations. Facilities for 4 adults and 2 young children were ideal. Lovely comfortable but very practical furniture for guests. Unfortunately the weather didn't lend itself to children playing in the garden but the house was spacious enough for their indoor toys and books. Thank you Leo( owner) for answering our questions and provision of cot and highchair. We visited and entertained a disabled relative in a nearby care home each day so the downstairs cloakroom was an absolute bonus.
It made arrangements easy for my husband and I from New Zealand, visiting family from Norfolk and Manchester.
The rain but the accommodation made up for it.

Location was good, quiet well kept road. Weel appointed. Good Wi-fi.
There were a number of practical issues which brings the value of the property down.
Kitchen - There is not enough cutlery, mugs, bowls. We had 6 adults staying so not everyone could eat at the same time. Air-fryer handle broken. Kitchen bin lid doesn't shut.
Bathrooms - No shower fitting or mirror in main bathroom. No towel holder in downstairs loo. No spare lo rolls.
Bedrooms - Mattresses old and worn, can feel springs. Bed linen doesn't fit beds. Small top bedroom no bedside table or lamp.
If these small issues were addressed this would've been a lovely stay.

Beautifully presented and clean and tidy. Host was very attentive and checked in with us once we had arrived at the property. Beds were comfy and plenty of bathrooms for everyone to use when we were getting ready in the morning.
