Self catering apartment. Location was good, an easy walk to local shops one way and to the bus routes and a good Italian restaurant near the Queens University. Thoughtful touches in the apartment. Very responsive and helpful Landlord.
We would have appreciated some basic information on the area in paper format e.g bus routes to City Centre and Titanic Museum including an explanation of the Glider services and buses. Fortunately local people and other tourists very helpful. (I know it is available via a smart phone but some guidance would have been appreciated).

The property is fantastic, it’s a 20 min walk into the city but it works great for a family - 3 bedrooms, really comfy beds, great kitchen if you want to grab takeaways or cook and you all get a great nights sleep. Robert the host was great at letting us know all we needed for our stay and really clean.

The location of the property was good and the property was well decorated
The facilities were limited, there were not enough towels for everyone and toilet paper was also limited for 6 guests. There was no spray for surfaces to clean as you go and there was barely any kitchen roll for the duration of the stay. The heating did not work upstairs which made the room extremely cold and unpleasant to sleep in. The property had no been cleaned on arrival so we had to leave the property whist the cleaner attended. She was efficient and got this done very quickly however this meant that the overall cleanliness was subpar. The fire alarm went off during the night and I flagged this to the owner who tried to say it was due to our actions which was disappointed as we were asleep and this startled us awake
