I had the unfortunate issue of leaving my handbag in my car in Glasgow Airport parking lot. I contacted Jason when we got to Belfast as the information on the entry to the Flat was in my bag. Jason very kindly sent it again and I was able to use it. Very easy access to the flat with the information provided. The flat was in a really good position to get to all different areas and It had all the facilities that anyone would require, after I recieved the hairdryer.

On arrival into our apartment we identified a few concerns and sent photographs to Johnathan and Jason by text proving that this was the condition we found some things in, but did not recieve an answer. As we were there for my friends 70th birthday the hairdryer box that was in one of the rooms was empty this was highlighted and in the report I sent to the boys, and one was delivered the next day, and I sent a Thank You to them. But no comments on the other things were made . As the £85 pound was paid to them had mentioned that if there was any issues on our, leaving the premises the deposit would not be returned. This is one of the reasons that we identified in Photographs by text on what was wrong on arrival. I am sure that we will receive the deposit when they can get round to it.

clean and convenient. hot water and heating very good.

rather basic overall. beds not very comfortable. there was not any bedding for the sofa in the kitchen though we booked for 5 people. would be nice to include some washing machine pods for guests
