Close to local shops, easy to get to motorway.
Extendable sofa.
Pool/table tennis.
Shower.
BBQ.
It was not in Gillingham, nor did it have a usable garage as suggested in the name.
We had to hunt for forks.

Very clean, and well equipped.
Nothing we didn’t like.
A couple of recommendations. Would be good to have a renters guide that covers things like bin collection. (Our enquiries were answers very promptly).

Easy parking on driveway. Moderate walk to local pubs for dinner. Convenient place to stay if working nearby. Clean with good kitchen facilities including large fridge, kettle, cooker etc. Easy to obtain keys, and contact and communicate with host.
We had issues with no hot water for a few hours while we waited for plumber to come... felt like a very long time as we had been working outdoors in 30 degrees all day. Also toilet downstairs flush was broken when we arrived but plumber also fixed that I think, but we avoided using it. Garden not well kept, with some litter. Bedrooms are very small. We stayed in larger double and kept our suitcases in the twin room.
