We had the best stay in such a great location in the middle of Tenby town centre. The apartment was easily accessed, spotless, very well equipped and great fast WiFi. The balcony was a bonus as very convenient. We will definitely be returning :)

Codes for the main door and apartment door were supplied prior to arrival and worked perfectly. So handy not to have to worry about keys!
Decor was modern and comfortable - we loved the open plan living area and the large bay window seat was great for people watching.

Located in the center of town with easy access to amenities. Overall clean and tidy (apart from oven and terrace as mentioned below). A pleasant apartment.
Although the listing says free parking available on site, that is not the case. In the summer period you are not allowed in the walled town between 11:00 and 17:30, and it is only unloading out front. We were not informed even though they made us call them to get the access codes. We were told check-in was at 17:00, but could not actually get there until 17:30. There is a permit for the long stay parking, but our reserved bay was occupied by someone else the whole 5 days we were there. We contacted the agency multiple times but they did nothing and eventually just stopped responding. Things would have been a lot smoother if we had been informed about the traffic system in town ahead of time.
The terrace is ghastly- dirty and full of trash. The oven was also very dirty. A coffee maker of some kind- even just a french press- would be a good addition. Spring mattresses were not very comfortable.
