It was clean and nice stay, good facilities, really nice and helpful staff. Room was comfortable but a bit small.

The hotel stay was very comforting and soothing. The house keeping and restarent staff is very helpful and polite and they are discharging their duties honestly and diligently.
I had honoured my restaurent bills vide cash a night before my checkout as my checkout was quite early on the next day . I was not given the receipt for the same . However upon enquiry I was informed that as the accounts would be updated after 12 am the payment of the restaurent bills would be reflected in the morning. At the check out I informed the receptionist on duty that I have paid the restaurents bills the previous night . However receipt has not been issued.and I checked out without any issue.. However surprisingly I received a call after my check out that the restaurent bills have not been paid. The call was made without verifying the details from the receptionist who was on duty the previous night when the payment was made . I informed the caller to check for their end first and thereafter make allegations regarding non payment of the bill.

В целом отель неплохой по местным меркам, но могло бы быть и лучше. По запросу предоставляется гладильная доска с утюгом, в ванной имеется шампунь и гель для душа, удобные матрас и подушки. Завтрак стандартные, местный, по запросу приготовят омлет. Персонал очень приятный, как и в большинстве мест тут!
Основное - точка на карте не соответствует их фактическому местоположению! Смотрите адрес. Фактически отель находится в южной части Калангута, недалеко от магазина decathlon. С отменой бронирования по этой причине мне было отказано, будьте внимательны! До пляжа пешком идти минут 20-25. Со слов персонала - отель свежий, открылся в конце 2024г. Фактически часть мебели или б/у или уже успела сломаться. В номерах не очень чисто, пришлось мыть пол самостоятельно, так как качество уборки было не на высшем уровне. Очень сильная слышимость из коридора, звукоизоляции практически нет! Также всю ночь на протяжении нашего проживания под окнами выли и лаяли собаки, это очень мешало спать!
