Large room with a comfortable bed and good reverse cycle air conditioning. The room was quiet despite being on the main road in the centre of Wellington and even with other guests leaving at various times of the morning. Value for money. The free wifi streaming speeds were adequate although I opted to use my own phone data.
Bathroom was in the final stages of renovation so shower screens not installed. The staff did ask if this was okay as my original room was undergoing maintenance when I arrived. The bathroom will be very modern when finished in the very near future.

The location was good and it was reasonably quiet.
We had a two night stay but nothing was done in our room. No clean towels, rubbish emptied etc and we were not told at any stage that there would be no housekeeping provided. The motel was fully booked and everyone was there for two nights (for a drag racing event); guess it was an opportunity for the motel to give housekeeping staff a day off!

It was close to town
The bed was too soft and low,we rolled into the middle of the bed- needs replacing
