Location was good, just a short walk to most things we wanted to visit. We chose free on-street parking at night, 7pm - 8am to avoid the high parking fees in the nearby hotels/car parks. We were able to park right in front of the building. The room itself was very spacious.
Our room was changed at the last minute, something about a broken bed, so our "Downtown View" was all of the HVAC equipment directly outside all of our windows. We also had about a 30 minute wait to get into the room since there was trouble with the access code. All of these rooms are on the second floor. The upper floors are for residents. The fireplace is actually an electric wall-mounted unit. You can actually get it to put out heat once you locate the controls. There are no drawers to put your cloths in and very few hangers.

Great location and a very nice, well-designed apartment. The interior was stylish, comfortable, and cozy. We really enjoyed the overall atmosphere and being so close to downtown.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness could have been better. When we first arrived, we found several long hairs on and around the bed. The trash can was also already full from previous guests, which was uncomfortable since we had just checked in and had to take out someone else’s trash ourselves. Better attention to cleaning between guests would make the stay much better.
