Although compact the apartment was well presented and comfortable and in a great location.
We had a need to contact the hosts a few times and were made feel we weren't important. We were provided with one towel each for our 18 night stay and asked for more towels, this request wasn't even considered, so we asked for more tablets for washing. These were promised but not received. We were very disappointed with how we were treated. We contacted the hosts on checking out mentioning a few things but did not get a response to my message, this was not the only time we were ignored. Our stay could have been so much nicer with only a little effort from the hosts but it seemed the whole set up was like a business and based on a budget regardless of customer care. A stay that could easily have been amazing left us feeling disappointed and unwelcome.

La vue, le quartier, la modernité du studio et en sécurité.
Pas de coffre fort dans la chambre, produit à moitié vide ou peu de produits ( 3 papiers toilette pour un séjour de 2 personnes pendant 14 jours, produits vaisselle, gel douche, shampooing, produits main a moitié vide dès notre arrivée). Les stores sont manuel avec des fils qui se bloque tout seule au bout d’un moment et plus aucun moyen de les relever ou de les descendre.
