The location was good, away from urban noise.
"Staffs who were forgotten to share a smile".
Only the lady staff at reception and a lady staff at the resturant were cared to share pleasent smile.

Munro island nearby best location to stay especially with family
Food was very good and tasty well-maintained villas.
I recommend for family /food safety/ hygienic.
Swimming Pool for adults need to construct

Excellent location and beautifully created resort with calm and relaxing surrounding.If properly utilised to its potential it will become one of the notable scenic locations of south kerala.Needs bit more professionalism in all aspects .All staffs were well behaved.Surely this will become a nice stay experience for all in future .Wishing all the best .We will definitely visit once again.
Suggestions for improvement
1.The routine activities and brief descriptions of the property details were missing on arrival including no welcome drink provided.
2.Although the food was tasty breakfast spread options were limited.
3.To improve on children's park area since some of the rides slightly damaged and not working and also common pool option is not there.
4.Also bathroom locks were damaged need to improve on that.
5.Indoor common playing area or recreation will be nice especially in rainy season

The rooms were really great and great value for money. We got the single cottage for 5500 ish INR at the time of booking. The resort seems still quite new and the staffs are not well equiped to handle the guests at the moment. Hope it will really improve once the resort runs full-fledged. overall, our stay was still descent with nice view and clean room.
Food was not upto the mark. Room service was not that great. Activities like boating in the lake could have made it better. The staffs even didnt know what can be done in the area. There was some certification going on for the hotel and it seems like we went on a wrong timing. We ordered soupe at the restaurant on day 1, it was really nice. We ordered again, it was pathetic. Food in general was just average. The tea, coffee were good. On the second day, they didn't have many options for dinner, like only 3 or 4 dishes and we then decided to go out for dinner. Overall, we wanted a relaxed holiday, but it was a bit stressful because of the resort staff and the restaurant.
