Check out time was 10h00 but 11h00 seems more reasonable.

Clean, comfortable. very accessible location in a quiet setting with excellent bus and rail linkages. Hosts were very hospitable and informative. Will definitely consider returning if coming back to London. A great family base to explore London and we found the nearby Elizabeth line excellent. Hosts left fresh milk and ground coffee which was a lovely touch.

No complaints all round but given that temps were mid 30s perhaps give the option of a light cotton bed sheet too as the duvet can be too hot at night and a light sheet would be useful in hot summer weather.

The location and the property were excellent.

This is something mostly out of anyone’s control, but the property was exceedingly hot because of the weather and lack of air conditioning. Not really holding this against the property as it was unseasonably hot, but this is why it didn’t get a full 10 out of 10. Would definitely go back.

The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Location was 20 mins walker from the tube and 15 mins into central London.
