Schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wohnung entsprach den Fotos, war sauber und insgesamt völlig in Ordnung – daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Die Lage ist grandios, direkt am Fährhafen und am Bahnhof.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der sehr aufwendige Buchungs- und Zahlungsprozess. Gebucht wird über Booking, die Anzahlung läuft über ein separates Vermietungsportal, dann muss der Restbetrag an eine Person überwiesen werden und die Kurtaxe nochmal auf ein anderes Konto. Dazu kommen viele Mails aus verschiedenen Systemen, oft mehrfach (z. B. über Booking und zusätzlich über das Portal), sodass man schnell den Überblick verliert. Am Ende hat man gefühlt 40 E-Mails und muss sich zusammensuchen, wo man was erledigen muss. Für eine kurze Buchung wäre eine einzige Zahlung und ein klarer Kommunikationsweg deutlich einfacher.
