Cleanliness=Thanks god i found a clean bathroom and room!
Staff= smiling all the time even if they are tired. Very accomodating, feels like family! They deserve salary raise😊 Service is for 5star hotel
Ambiance= Family friendly, Relaxing. With a cheap price!Totally a win. I already wrote long review in FB even in groups! Nothing can beat it. Even luxury hotel. As a europian who likes outdoor activities. It was amazing!
Favorite= sunrise viewing, snorkling and picking shells at 5am with our speaker on. Warm food! Highly trained staff!
There is someone always burning smell or something during evening time. I dont know if its from neighborhood. We are gear up with swimming shoes. But i think it needs to remind guess to bring their own as its pebbles and corals. More environment friendly garbage disposal. Promote more global health to protect the corals. Isolate platic, cans and paper. Specially you are using plastic bottles.

The staff was friendly and accommodating
The noise transfer from the room above was annoying . The constant sound of people scooting their chairs around and slamming the door

It was an amazing resort. Super new, right next to a beach, the staff was very attentive. The restaurant was great
They were still renovating some rooms so there was a bit of noise in the morning. The bathroom flooded a bit after taking A shower

the hotel server staff
we got scammed for over 8k when we first book at this hotel. then i book with booking.com and the price was very high, then when we got to the hotel, we had to pay more money again.so i am not happy at all
