Het is een top appartement! Heel fijn en gezellig. Alles erop en eraan. Erg netjes en een goed bed, niet te hard maar ook niet te zacht! Lekkere grote regendouche. Keukentje, Nespresso, koelkastje en airco
Aangezien het +30 graden was, kon de airco het niet echt koel maken. Er is alleen een airco in de slaapkamer.

Everything. It’s so close to the centre, a literal five minute walk, but just on a cute little side street which is quiet. The decor is outstanding with real exposed bricks walls, crystal clean, and with all of the commodities you would expect. You have a really nice shower or a Jacuzzi and very modern and easy to use air-conditioning which cooled the apartment down almost immediately. Access is really convenient as you get a code before you arrive and Gabriele is very accommodating and worked hard on getting it clean so that we could check in at 1 pm!
I wouldn’t fault anything and the price was exceptional for the quality. Also as a sidenote Tivoli is stunning!

La struttura è esteticamente molto bella, e curate nei dettagli, corrispondente alle foto. Proprietario disponibile e reattivo nella comunicazione.
Abbiamo trovato scomoda la posizione: essendo in pieno centro storico non si può accedere in prossimità dell’alloggio con la propria macchina. Il parcheggio più vicino disponibile dista circa 6/7 minuti a piedi, diventa un po’ scomodo per il trasporto dei bagagli. Il problema più grande per noi però è stata l’umidità. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte nell’appartamento, ma gia dal primo accesso salta subito al naso un forte odore e senso di umidità. Su alcune delle pareti della stanza da letto infatti c’è leggera traccia di muffa. Il condizionatore presente nella zona notte era funzionante, ma perdeva acqua. La struttura nel complesso era pulita, ma farei occhio ad alcuni dettagli: abbiamo trovato un calzino sotto al letto, non abbiamo potuto utilizzare il bollitore dell’acqua in quanto presentava residui di latte dei precedenti ospiti. Nel reparto congelatore del frigorifero era presente una confezione di formaggio spalmabile non nostro.
