The apartment was beautifully appointed, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The location is absolutely superb and everything you could possibly need (eateries, pubs, coffee shops, pubs etc) are all on your doorstep. This is a perfect apartment for enjoying the best of the Lake District, with really close access to tremendous walking areas, close access to being able to eat out or drink out, but also a well enough equipped kitchen to eat well at home if you fancy a night in. Nice bathroom and wonderfully comfortable beds. The hosts are easily contactable and extremely helpful. We will definitely be coming back and have already booked for the same period next year.
The kitchen/living area is a large room with a high ceiling and needs a bigger radiator to properly warm the space.

Location was brilliant, beds were super comfy, apartment was very spacious
No cutlery in the apartment (we didn’t notice until we’d cooked!), projector in the living room unable to use unless dark (no use in the light evenings), tv in second bedroom didn’t work, fusty smell in bathroom
