Comfortable bed. Huge, beautiful bathroom. All the basic modern amenities while maintaining the historic feel. Even though the casino was downstairs, it was very quiet upstairs in the hotel rooms. Nice fan in the restroom and air-conditioner for ambient noise. Maggie's Restaurant has awesome American-style food (burgers, salads, chicken-fried steak, etc.) and great prices. Kelsey is a fantastic waitress and has become a friend over our several visits!

We loved the room, and the bathroom was huge and all very clean. Good coffee service in the room, and Maggie's Restaurant and Bar in the cellar was great, and so reasonable! Linda, Kelsey, and daughter Jaden were especially helpful. We liked staying in an old hotel in the great old town, visiting the Old Homestead, Palace Hotel, McGill's, and Pearl deVere's grave, thanks to Linda and others for directions. Great time we hope to never forget!

The staff was amazing and the rooms were great.
Really need to do some cleaning in the common areas upstairs--doesn't look like it's been vacuumed in years, especially obvious under the furniture. Would be nice to have someplace to hang up our clothes since there was no closet.

Did not eat the breakfast
Staff at Maggie's. We had dinner and it was awful and the mother / daughter team was exceptionally rude.
