Wonderful apartment on the 16th floor, with great views of the outskirts of Sofia. The apartment felt very safe, with a reinforced door, and seemed to have been recently renovated. There are two lifts, both a little old but working properly.
We really appreciated finding three bottles of water in the apartment, and the beds were comfortable. The apartment has double-glazed windows, which kept all the outside noise out. It was incredibly quiet, which was definitely one of the best things about our stay.
The location is also extremely convenient, just a 2 minutes walk from the metro. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
The freezer was a bit dirty. The building itself is quite run-down and does not give the best first impression. Outside, there was some construction tape, apparently used to block off an area after an incident. The stairways were also covered in graffiti and did not seem to have been cleaned for quite some time, so I would recommend avoiding them and using the lifts instead.
We had a somewhat stressful experience with our car, as we decided not to park near the building and preferred to find a monitored parking garage nearby. It was surprisingly difficult to find one that was monitored 24/7 and had good reviews. In the end, we chose the parking garage with the best reviews and hoped for the best and luckily, everything went perfectly fine.
So, to sum up, don’t be put off by the outside of the building: the apartment itself is amazing, and once you’re inside, you feel completely safe.

При настаняване ни чакаше комплимент купа с череши, което беше супер. Гледката е много добра - все пак е на последния етаж. Допълнителният разтегаем диван е с размер около 140 см на ширина, което приятно ме изненада, понеже от снимките имах съмнения дали е достатъчно голям. Паркирането е лесно и не е в платена зона. Локацията е с лесен достъп до летището. Наблизо има всичко - магазини, ресторанти (Хепи Младост е на 10 мин пеш), аптека... Комуникацията с домакина беше лесна и абсолютно безпроблемна. Апартаментът беше чист.
Незначителни неща.... Продължавам все още да не съм бил на място с удобни възглавници. До леглото няма контакти. При отворени прозорци на моменти се чуват птиците от покрива.

I liked that it was like in the photos. I got exactly what was shown and for that I'm happy. I liked that it was clean and very close to the metro Mladost 1, very easily accessible. The view is very nice and it was quiet so you can relax or work remotely without disturbances. Wi-Fi was fast and there was hot water always accessible. There is a coffee machine and utensils to cook a quick dinner if you want. Supermarket and pharmacy is next to the building so you can buy anything you might need.
The building has an annoying system which requires a chip for the elevators to work. What that means is that if you want to order food you have to come down to pick it up, or if you want to invite a friend over you have to come down to open the door etc. This is a bit of a hassle because the apartment is on the last floor. Also there wasn't a power plug next to the bed. This is also inconvenient because if you want to watch a movie on your laptop or charge your phone overnight you won't be able to. This is easily amenable though by providing an extension power plug because there is a plug behind the sofa which is next to the bed but far enough so that you cannot have access to your laptop nor your phone. The bathroom doesn't have a very good drainage so if you want to take a shower, water will stay on the bathroom floor as it doesn't have any curtain or cabin. However there was a small mop provided along with a bucket to clean any remaining water.
