The staff at Casa Aurora were very friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated their kindness during our stay. The hotel was comfortable, and they provided fans for guests who needed them.
However, there was one significant drawback. There was no alarm clock in the room, so because we had an early flight, we requested a wake-up call. Unfortunately, the knock on our door was not loud enough to wake us, and we ended up missing our flight. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it was a very costly inconvenience.
Overall, the staff was pleasant and helpful, but I would recommend that future guests bring their own alarm or ask the staff to knock loudly if they need a wake-up call for an early departure.

The property was beautiful, about five minutes away from the airport which was extremely convenient for our early departure. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend this place if you don’t mind not having AC.
