Amazing VRBO for the girls in the bachelorette. Exceptional location walkable to everything Rosemary beach. The gated community looked like something out of a movie. The only wish I would recommend is allowing non perishables from previous guests for incoming guests. You’re given a starter pair of garbage, one laundry pod and dish soap with the intention of buying evening yourself. By the end of the weekend we had a lot of leftover spices, kitchen supplies (bags, soap, etc) that we left for future guests, and I can only assume it would be the same for previous guests. I’ve just never had a VRBO only give us 1 garbage bag when it’s advertised for 16 guests. But aside from that, it was beautiful, spacious, large rooms, comfortable beds and sheets, and everything needed for a large group.

When we checked in the pool was dirty. Our first night at the house an alarm would not stop in the master bedroom and we couldnt not sleep there, no one came until noon the next day. The urgency was not what was needed as the alarm was extremely loud and disturbed most of the house. Great house but some things that could have been fixed or done before we arrived.

House was perfect for our group of 3 families. Teenagers had their own space upstairs, which was great. Well-appointed kitchen and comfortable beds and living areas. Fantastic location—Just a block to the private beach area, which was pleasantly uncrowded. Check in and check out could not have been easier. Would stay again!
