Right in the heart of Penang, within walking distance to all the attractions, lots of eateries everywhere, hospitals nearby. Just the perfect hotel to stay in Penang.

The property is very well located with lots of food outlets around. All over the facilities are OK. The mattress was worn out at one side and killed my back. Otherwise the room was fine.
Upon arrival and on first evening we had to experience the one staff that was arrogantly friendly, slow and not helpful. The 'why do you bother me' attitude. All other staff was excellent. So sad! One person spoils all.
