This newly renovated basement attached to the house with private entrance features 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed,enjoy the fabulous amenities like a hair dryer, AC, and WiFi. This property is perfect. Not only is the location great, it was very clean. This is so important to me! The entrance is private and the property has plenty of amenities. I traveled solo but noticed that the setup and availability would also be perfect for a family. This is a wonderful property and if ever I’m in Denver again it will be my first choice.

Would have been 5 stars because the actual place is perfect. Super clean, really nice, beds were comfy, lots of little extras. Only issue with this place is there is an air vent coming from the upstairs where I assume the owner lives and out of that vent blows a very pungent smell of curry and other spices they cook with that fills the air in the basement and covered our clothes, and everything in the place. We can’t handle strong smells and it made us literally sick. We tried to get ahold of VRBO to cancel it after the first night but couldn’t get ahold of them so we dealt with it. So if you can deal with curry smell. On everything than this is the place for you because like I said it was perfect other than that.
