Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the best views in Queenstown and only 800 metres from town (8-10 minutes walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.

Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



The Space

A five-bedroom home set over multiple levels, in the heart of downtown Queenstown. The living areas look out to elevated views towards Walter Peak, Skyline/Ben Lomond, and Queenstown township.

Bedrooms: Five bedrooms.

Bathrooms: Four full bathrooms with standing showers.

Living areas: Open-plan living with fireplace, ample seating and balcony access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with extractor fan, series 4 dishwasher, oven, gas stovetop, double-door fridge/freezer.

External: There is a balcony with a glass-top table and chairs and patio with a spa, outdoor table, 6 chairs.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is wonderful. Right outside our front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: 31 internal stairs total; external access path; no elevator

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 10 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Need something in person? Swing by our Guest Lounge at 19B Shotover St, open daily 9am–5pm (closed Christmas Day). Free Wi-Fi and coffee or tea are on us.

Our team is available daily, 9am–5pm. After hours, until midnight, a virtual assistant can help with simple questions.
