The property is true to the pictures. We were in NJ/NYC when it was 95 degrees and the apartment was cool and comfortable. We had a very nice stay.

Host was great. Did not realize was basement apartment. Ceiling very low and only window in bathroom. Place was clean and bed comfortable. Path was at least 17 minute walk and neighborhood did not seem too safe for single woman my age, 61. Only one trash can in bathroom, need one in main area. No iron. Did appreciate fridge and microwave. Shower very clean and new. Would not accommodate a visit from my 6 foot 3 inch son as ceilings very low, I’m 5 ft, 5” and I could touch ceiling.
